In The Event of Bad Weather

All charters are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled at the Captain’s discretion should conditions be deemed unsafe or unfavorable.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit becomes non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled charter, except in cases where the Captain determines that weather conditions pose a safety risk to vessel operations—in such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations made by the customer within 48 hours of the scheduled charter will incur a charge for the full remaining balance of the trip.

Trip date changes are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

In the event of weather-related disruptions, we will do our best to accommodate a new date whenever possible.

Your safety and enjoyment are always our top priorities. All trips are weather-dependent, with final decisions made at the Captain’s discretion.

If conditions prevent us from going offshore, we may adjust to nearshore or inshore fishing.

If we need to reschedule, we’ll work with you to find another date. In the rare case of a full cancellation due to weather, deposits may be refunded.

Once a trip has started, the Captain may adjust the length or location for safety reasons, and we’ll always do our best to make the most of your time on the water.
