In The Event of Bad Weather

  • All charters are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled at the Captain’s discretion should conditions be deemed unsafe or unfavorable.

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit becomes non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled charter, except in cases where the Captain determines that weather conditions pose a safety risk to vessel operations—in such cases, a full refund will be issued.

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Cancellations made by the customer within 48 hours of the scheduled charter will incur a charge for the full remaining balance of the trip.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us directly.

  • Trip date changes are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

  • In the event of weather-related disruptions, we will do our best to accommodate a new date whenever possible.

  • Your safety and enjoyment are always our top priorities. All trips are weather-dependent, with final decisions made at the Captain’s discretion.

  • If conditions prevent us from going offshore, we may adjust to nearshore or inshore fishing.

  • If we need to reschedule, we’ll work with you to find another date. In the rare case of a full cancellation due to weather, deposits may be refunded.

  • Once a trip has started, the Captain may adjust the length or location for safety reasons, and we’ll always do our best to make the most of your time on the water.
